1990 Bordeaux and AGM

(Wednesday, November 9, 2016) — The tasting you have been waiting for – 1990 Bordeaux.

 In Tony Aspler’s words:

“The 1990 vintage in Bordeaux was one of the best of the 20th century.  These wines, from a very warm year, are drinking beautifully now.  For claret lovers this is a unique opportunity to taste some of the finest red Bordeaux since the fabled 1982 vintage.”

Register online. Register by mail.

We would like to welcome as many wine lovers as possible to this tasting and we encourage you to bring a guest.  However if a guest would like to become a new member we are offering $5 off the membership which will allow a guest to come for $11 less than the guest rate and have the opportunity to come to future tastings and dinners at member rates.

In order to comply with the Winetasters of Toronto by-laws, this event will begin with a short annual meeting. We are looking for directors or, if you would like to participate but not as a director, we are looking for members to be part of the Buying Committee or Marketing Committee.  If interested please contact Jennifer Curran (jcm@sympatico.ca).

As always with our tastings, this event will be strictly non-smoking, and we request your cooperation in not wearing any scented after-shave or perfume.  Using public transit is strongly encouraged.
