Winetasters Society of Toronto collects no private information, except that required to operate our mailing list. This comprises your name, mailing address and phone number(s). We collect e-mail addresses if you wish to receive our mailings by e-mail. We do not record payment information, except amount paid.

We do not make our mailing list available to anyone.

We regularly include postings from other organizations in our regular mailings, if we believe the items are likely to be of interest to our members - for example, notices of special wine tastings, or wine shows. We require that our members receive a benefit, such as a price reduction for the event, for items to be included.

Occasionally, we may create a special mailing for an event, if for timing or capacity reasons the item cannot be included in the regular mailing. For such mailings, the supplier must provide stamped, stuffed, sealed envelopes to us. We attach the mailing labels and deliver to the post office. We will not make the labels available to anyone.
