Winetasters uses net cash generated through membership fees, tastings, and other events to acquire wines for future tastings. We have about 3,500 bottles stored in a controlled environment.

- Red Burgundy Grand Crus and Premier Crus from Vosne-Romanée and Beaune, and from top producers Chanson, Dujac, Remoissenet and Jadot
- Rhone wines from the north (Cote-Rotie) and the south (Chateauneuf du Pape) including a feature event of Chateau de Beaucastel
- Barolos and Barbarescos including a single vineyard Barolo comparison from Michele Chiarlo
- Napa cabernet sauvignons, including single-vineyard selections, from Caymus, Philip Togni and Dunn
- Aussie single-vineyard shiraz from Mitolo and Two Hands
- Argentina malbecs including rare single-vineyard bottlings from Catena Zapata
- White Burgundy Premier Crus from Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet
- Sauternes Cru Classé chateaux from top vintages 2001 and 2005 … including Chateau d’Yquem
- Vintage Ports from top producers Taylor, Dow and Smith-Woodhouse, and celebrated vintages 1963, 1966, 1970, 1977, 1985 and 1994
